Meet our Chiefs

Welcome to Tribe. We thought we'd help you get to know us a little bit better.

Tribe started in our kitchen about five or so years ago to bring culture more to the forefront of recruitment and search practices. We sat down and started to think about names over a glass of wine - and then Jenny said “Tribe.” A few glasses of wine later, Jenny said it again, and away we went.

Tribes are all about people. We realised that’s what we do, we’re all about people. Tribes communicate through compelling storytelling, and we like to communicate through compelling storytelling. It just resonated with us.

From there, we met Emma Scott, and Emma came along and added a whole new dimension to what we were doing.

When I first met Jenny and James, I was in a senior HR role. I heard them tell me Tribe’s story, and I loved it - people, culture, and storytelling were at the heart of everything this business meant. I joined soon after first meeting them, and now, four and a half years later, we are a team of 34 passionate people. I couldn’t be more proud of the team we’ve built here at Tribe.

So with that said, you’ve met us now, and we’d really like to come and tell you a little bit more about our story. We absolutely love to hear your stories, so that we can help you make your tribes thrive, not just survive.
