About the Opportunity
- Lead business process management and improvement across a complex operating environment
- Establish/strengthen process frameworks, governance, and ownership clarity
- Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Identify structural risks, process gaps, and interdependencies impacting delivery
- Produce clear, structured process documentation using BPM tools
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years in process improvement / business analysis disciplines (5+ in lead roles)
- Strong systems thinking and ability to structure ambiguity into workable models
- Advanced facilitation skills with diverse and senior stakeholder groups
- Confident influencing and constructive challenge without formal authority
- Experience building process frameworks and governance approaches end-to-end
