About the Opportunity

- This is a senior role within a large, long-running programme of work where engineering genuinely influences decision-making.
- You’ll help shape technical direction, guide architecture decisions, and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Tech environment centres around .NET / C# on the backend, with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years commercial experience in the Microsoft stack (.NET / .NET Core, C#, MS SQL).
- Strong full-stack web development experience including Angular (10+), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building web APIs/services using ASP.NET, Azure Functions, API Management (or similar).
- Confidence explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience (presales conversations and/or project delivery with clients).
- Proven experience leading and mentoring developers/teams.
- CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) including build and test automation.
- Hands-on Azure delivery experience; comfortable using AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Copilot/Claude).
