About the Role:
This is a temporary role through to June 2026, based in Auckland CBD, with an immediate start.
We are seeking a Risk Administrator to support our client’s Risk team in maintaining and enhancing their risk management systems and frameworks.
You will play a key role in keeping the system up to date, supporting governance processes, managing incident records, and assisting with internal audit and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update the Protecht risk management system
- Monitor and review incidents and issues, request follow-ups, and ensure timely closure
- Assist with internal control testing and risk monitoring
- Record and track internal audit findings and follow-up actions
- Support the development and publishing of risk framework documents
- Assist in managing service provider risk in line with procurement policies
- Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and reports for key governance committees
- Help with the ongoing clean-up and maintenance of the incident register
About You:
- Experience in a risk or compliance support role
- Comfortable navigating systems and picking up new platforms quickly (Protecht knowledge is a bonus)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in preparing documents and reports
- Able to work independently and take initiative
