What You’ll Bring
- 8–10+ years in consulting/transformation/ops/tech delivery and/or FS
- Proven leadership of large-scale transformation (strategy → benefits realisation)
- Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability
- Financial services domain depth (e.g., claims, lending, servicing, risk, compliance)
- Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts
