About the Opportunity

- This is a 3-month temporary EA role based in Ellerslie
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing executive travel arrangements
- Diary management and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Credit card reconciliations
- Supporting board meetings, including reviewing, proofing, editing, and producing board packs
- Organising catering and transport for board meetings and dinners
- Collating papers and sending reminders for monthly executive meetings
- Assisting with corporate events as required
- Coordinating office events
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and international executives
- Proactive, adaptable approach with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mindset
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
