About the Opportunity
- Smartfoods is a New Zealand FMCG business behind well-known brands including Vogel’s Cereals, plus the Tom & Luke snacking range
- Senior ANZ customer and commercial role in a high-growth FMCG business with a strong portfolio across breakfast and snacking
- Own the retail strategy and execution in New Zealand, with meaningful involvement in Australia head office relationships
- Influence the wider business direction through customer insight, commercial thinking, and cross-functional leadership
- Partner closely with marketing, innovation, operations and technical to shape plans and land great in-market execution
- Travel to Australia several times per year as part of the role
What You’ll Bring
- Proven grocery account management experience, with credibility at head office level
- Strong commercial capability, able to build a clear story from data and translate insight into action
- Confident stakeholder operator, comfortable presenting, challenging constructively, and aligning teams to deliver
- A hands-on style and appetite to work at depth in a lean environment
- Australian grocery exposure is a plus, but not essential
