The Opportunity
This is a strategic, relationship-led Key Account Manager role.
You’ll:
- Own outcomes across a high-value corporate portfolio (typically 50–500 vehicles per customer)
- Build proactive account plans ahead of renewals and key milestones
- Be the “voice of the customer” internally — and the “voice of the business” externally
- Drive delivery against SLAs and coordinate solutions end-to-end
- Lift conversations using data and insights (Power BI in the toolkit, plus appetite for practical AI-enabled ways of working)
- Multi-thread across senior stakeholders including Fleet, Procurement, Finance/CFO and exec leaders (CEO/MD-level depending on the customer), supported by a strong internal matrix and leadership involvement when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years senior B2B account leadership (corporate environment).
- Fleet/vehicles/leasing/telematics exposure helpful but not essential (adjacent financial services also great)
- Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders / C-suite
- Commercial rigour and follow-through (you validate and execute, not just escalate)
- Analytical, insight-led approach in a Microsoft environment (Power BI exposure valued)
- Curious, practical mindset for smarter ways of working (including AI applications)
