About the Role: 
This is an ideal temporary contract for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing excellent user support, and working in a fast-paced IT environment. You’ll be joining a reputable brand and a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and great service.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and service desk tools
  • Providing first-line troubleshooting for:
  • Network and connectivity queries
  • Hardware peripherals (laptops, printers, phones)
  • Handling password resets, account lockouts, and general support requests
  • Logging incidents accurately and escalating when needed
  • Maintaining service desk documentation and knowledge base content  
About You: 
Are you an experienced IT support professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a confident, capable Level 1 Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 year of commercial experience to join this service desk team immediately.
This role sits in a busy enterprise team, so reliability and dependability are key, as is the ability to work with a team and a great attitude.
You will be communicating with a range of stakeholders – effective communication, professionalism and patience with users is essential.
