Summary About the Role:
Tribe Recruitment is proud to represent a forward-thinking organisation currently seeking an HRIS Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This role will focus on administering and optimising the Group HR Management System, SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to enhance user experience while promoting system adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Be Doing:
As the HRIS Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering SAP SuccessFactors by managing user permissions, ensuring compliance with privacy requirements, and optimising system configurations.
- Providing operational support, including handling HR transactions related to updates for senior executives and facilitating intercompany transfers.
- Managing the platform's ticketing system by efficiently triaging incoming requests and assigning them to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes by identifying opportunities for enhancements and supporting users in adopting these changes.
- Collaborating effectively with various departments to understand their needs, ensuring any system changes align with organisational goals.
- Facilitating user training, keeping user guides and training materials current, and effectively communicating technical changes across teams.
- Participating in the implementation of new modules or system features to consistently enhance the HRIS platform.
- Preparing and generating reports based on organisational needs, leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights.
What We're Looking For:

- A solid background in HRIS administration, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analysing processes to drive effective change.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster collaboration across departments.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
- Outstanding time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
