About the Role: 

Reporting to the GM of Healthy Homes, you’ll play a key role in marketing, customer service, and technical support. You’ll also work closely with partners in Australia to introduce new products and campaigns, all while maintaining the highest standards of care for customers and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with Licensees and provide frontline support
  • Create and deliver marketing plans to drive lead generation
  • Manage digital marketing agencies (Google, Facebook, website)
  • Keep website content and social media calendars current and engaging
  • Respond to customer and licensee queries with professionalism and care
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data and reporting accuracy
  • Produce internal and external communications (EDMs, videos, updates)
  • Coordinate with Solatube Australia on product launches and campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold brand standards

About You: 
  • Marketing experience including digital tools like Canva, Meta, and Google
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • Confidence interacting with customers, both phone and email
  • Quick learner with the ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Energetic, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Experience in small–medium-sized businesses and/or sales is a bonus
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset, known for delivering exceptional service, resolving queries with care, and building strong relationships across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
